| Certain fats are vital to specific functions in the body, such as production and metabolism. Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a special omega-6 fatty acid naturally found in beef and dairy products. Characterized by ""conjugated"" double bonds (i.e. the two double bonds separated by one single bond). CLA is not commonly found in the diet in high amounts, therefore supplementation is warranted.
