I began working out and paying attention to my body at a young age and continue to work on projects all the time. I'm working on including links to products and information so you too can get the things you need, but since I am not the most web savvy person in the world, I have to rely on my niece to help me out with this computer stuff.

I grew up in a small town in Massachusetts and over time have developed the hobby of keeping fit and healthy. It's really easy to do once you set your mind to it and there's nothing better in the world. In my spare time I love to run, bike and go to rock concerts. I'm also studying French and hope to make it to Paris some day.

I work as an advertising sales executive for a small network in the Boston area and am a member of a local gym. I'm interested in learning abou CrossFit as well.
